Day 1 - Srinagar
As you arrive at the airport, our team will be ready to pick you up and transport you to the resort, a retreat perched on a secluded ridge overlooking Dal Lake. Take in the awe-inspiring views of the Zabarwan Hills and the serene Dal Lake upon your arrival.
After settling into the retreat, embark on a short 15 km drive to Astanmarg. The journey itself is an adventure, navigating through steep and narrow roads that eventually lead to a spectacular viewpoint. Here, you’ll be treated to a panoramic view of Srinagar city and Dal Lake, offering a breathtaking glimpse of the surroundings.
Return to the retreat for an experiential evening, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the location. Whether it’s a quiet stroll or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance, take your time to unwind. As the night falls, embrace the serenity of the surroundings and retire to your accommodation for a restful night’s sleep. Tomorrow holds more adventures in the beautiful land of Kashmir.
Day 2 - Pahalgam
Embrace the beauty of Pahalgam with an early start to your day. Embark on a trek over the hills of the Zabarwan range to Dachigam National Park. This park is a haven for nature enthusiasts, being home to Himalayan Black Bears and the rare Hangul Kashmiri Stag. Birdwatchers will find delight in the diverse avian life that graces the park. After the trek, return to Lodge for a hearty breakfast, setting the stage for a day of exploration.
Bid farewell to the experiential stay as you check out and begin your scenic drive to Pahalgam. Let the mesmerizing landscapes of lush green meadows, dense forests, and pristine waters accompany you on this journey. Upon reaching Pahalgam, check in at Lodge, a secluded boutique sanctuary nestled along the tranquil Lidder River.
After some well-deserved rest, take a drive to Betaab Valley, a location that seems straight out of a Bollywood romance, named after the movie “Betaab.” The valley offers a picturesque setting with green pastures, snow-capped mountains, Deodar trees, Pine forests, and the rhythmic flow of the Lidder River. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty before returning to Lodge for a relaxed evening surrounded by the breathtaking mountains.
As the day unfolds, savor the tranquility and immerse yourself in the scenic wonders of Kashmir.
Day 3 - Pahalgam
Begin your day with the crisp mountain air and a delectable breakfast at the Lodge. Following breakfast, set out on an enchanting drive to Aru Valley, located approximately 15 kilometers from Pahalgam. The journey itself is a feast for the eyes, with the road winding through picturesque landscapes and offering breathtaking views at every turn. The anticipation builds as you approach Aru Valley, a must-visit destination that promises to transport you to a world of natural wonders.
As you arrive in Aru Valley, you’ll be greeted by the sight of lush green meadows surrounded by towering mountains. The landscape is nothing short of breathtaking, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Take your time to explore the meadows on foot, immersing yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. Find a quiet spot to sit and absorb the natural grandeur, perhaps with a picnic lunch in hand.
Return to Yena’s Lodge in the afternoon, where a plethora of outdoor adventures awaits. The Experience Manager is at your service to tailor the activities to your preferences.

As the sun begins its descent, return to Yena’s Lodge and prepare for a cozy evening. The Experience Manager can arrange for a delightful setup featuring a bonfire, surrounded by comfortable seating. Revel in the warmth of the fire, enjoy some soulful music, and engage in light-hearted chit-chat under the starry sky. This is the perfect time to share stories and experiences from the day’s adventures over a delectable dinner.
Day 4 - Houseboats on Nigeen Lake, Srinagar
After breakfast, embark on the breathtaking journey back to Srinagar. Marvel at the landscapes that make this drive truly exciting. Upon reaching Srinagar, check in to the houseboat where you will spend your last night in Kashmir.
Explore the unique charm and cultural experiences that houseboats offer. In the second half of the day, go for a Shikara ride on Dal Lake to experience the sunset hours. Depart from Ghat No. 23 and head to Char Chinar, an island in Dal Lake adorned with four chinar trees. Take a break at Char Chinar, relax, and enjoy some refreshments.
After the Shikara ride, witness the Sound & Light Show, a beautiful event organized every evening on the banks of Dal Lake. Starting around 8 pm and lasting about 30 minutes, it provides a perfect way to spend an evening on Dal Lake. Afterward, retire to your houseboat for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 5 - Checkout
As your Kashmir holiday comes to an end, take with you the memories of the breathtaking landscapes, the cultural richness, the tranquility of Dal Lake, and the unique charm of the houseboats. Reflect on the moments of joy, discovery, and connection with the destination and its people.
