EXPEDITION Vehicle

If "Own Car," please note that all paperwork related to your vehicle must be submitted before the trip. Any issues or responsibilities related to your car (ownership, insurance, maintenance, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the car owner. Our services do not cover any aspects related to your personal vehicle.

If "Rented Car Through Us," please be aware that we provide self-drive cars only. Our service does not include chauffeur-driven vehicles. For assistance in renting a car through us, please contact us for pricing details. Additional inclusions and exclusions for rented cars will be provided upon inquiry. For rented cars, detailed terms and conditions will be specified in the rental agreement.

Vehicle Capacity

• The designated transportation for this trip has a minimum capacity for two individuals per car.

• Groups of friends may choose to share a car, with a maximum limit of four individuals per car.

• Car assignments will be organized based on the preferences and group sizes indicated during the reservation process.

• Please communicate your preferred car-sharing arrangements and group members when submitting your reservation.

In our efforts to cater to diverse preferences, it's important to note that final arrangements may be influenced by factors like room availability and car capacity. For a more tailored experience, kindly communicate any specific requests regarding car or accommodation preferences during the reservation process. Should you have any inquiries or concerns about the arrangements for cars and accommodations, please don't hesitate to reach out to the trip organizers. They are available to address your questions and ensure your trip meets your expectations.

Several exclusions apply to this arrangement. These include the costs associated with rented vehicles through ETO, along with fuel expenses. Additionally, travel to the starting point of the expedition is not covered, and participants should be prepared for personal expenses. Visas, the expense of alcoholic beverages, and any additional extras are not part of the package. Optional activities, unforeseen expenses arising from unexpected circumstances, equipment rental, extra meals, additional accommodation, and transportation beyond the expedition are also excluded. It's important to note that ETO will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items. Any items or services not explicitly mentioned under inclusions should be considered excluded from the arrangement.
